Realtime is a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platform purpose-built for apparel brands. It gives every style one permanent home, from first concept to shipped goods, replacing scattered email threads and disconnected spreadsheets with structured, contextual workflows.

Every style is one permanent thread with a phase Realtime derives for you. It begins as a Concept on your Board (just a name and a thumbnail). In Development, you bring factories in to sample and refine, each in its own copy. When you pick a winning factory, the style moves to Production and the others wrap up automatically. Once it ships it stays Shipped on your board, ready to redevelop next season.

Each style carries a set of typed pages for the phase it's in. A style in development gets Overview, Market Research, Fabric, Colors, Fit, Trim, Testing, and Samples; in production it gets Overview, Fabric, Fit, Trim, Garment, Testing, Prod Plan, Inspections, Packing, and Shipping. Each page holds structured data and its own conversations, so discussion always appears alongside the data it references. You can rename or hide the pages you don't use.

Yes, this is core to how Realtime works. Access is set page by page: every page is Hide, View, or Edit for each company on the style. At your own company, people are either Access Managers (edit everything and manage access) or Users with per-page access you choose. Partners are invited by email. Each factory sees only its own work, never another factory's, and never your comparison of them.

Every message in Realtime is scoped to a specific workflow page, in named threads. When your team discusses fabric specs, the conversation appears right next to the fabric data, and can be pinned to the exact fabric row it's about. Mark a message Needs reply or Approval and it stays in the recipient's queue until they explicitly resolve it, so replying in passing never counts as a decision. There's also a Notify tag for looping extra people in, file attachments, and per-person flags.

No. Drop your workbooks onto the Board and Realtime reads them, whatever layout they use, and builds the styles for you. You get a review before anything is created, showing what each sheet will build and flagging any sheet that would duplicate a style you already have. Import many workbooks at once, and if it isn't right, one click undoes the whole batch.

Yes. Attach specs, samples, inspection reports, packaging documents, or any file directly to styles, pages, or approval rows. All files are stored securely on AWS S3 with presigned URLs, so no one accesses raw storage and links expire automatically for security.

Realtime features Approval Tables with nested rows and group functionality. Track individual and grouped approval items across multiple styles, colorways, and production stages. Update approval dates, attach files, and see the full approval history, all in real time.

Absolutely. Realtime runs on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, and Cognito-based JWT authentication. Payment processing is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant with Stripe tokenization. Role-based access control ensures data isolation between companies.

The Board is a visual merchandising wall where you lay your styles out as thumbnails and drag them into Groups: collections, seasons, or any custom grouping. Groups nest, a style can belong to several at once, and they stay brand-internal (never shared with a factory). Setting a style's season or department automatically files it into the matching group.

Realtime is priced per seat. Collaborator is free for factories and partners who work inside styles a brand shares with them. Studio is $300 per seat / month (or $3,000 per seat / year) for brands that create and own their own styles, and includes a 30-day free trial. Studio Pro, adding large-file support, an AI assistant, and external API integration, is coming soon.
